Each module further segments into various functions. For instance, in the eTMF module, clients are greeted with a preconfigured structure, including placeholders, document templates, and a well-defined metadata structure. On the other hand, the quality management system encompasses workflows used for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) management, audits, vendor qualification, SOP management, and batch management.

For instance, eTMF end-user validation part can be completed within two meetings of two hours each. While validation remains a crucial phase, the streamlined approach makes it far more manageable and efficient than traditional methods. In several weeks, including a full validation process, clients are equipped with a fully compliant system.

In February, Flex Databases undertook an implementation project for a Palo Alto-based biotech company, Irenix Medical, that was completed within a remarkably short period of three weeks. Not only did it deliver the complete eTMF system to production, including all the necessary structures, placeholders, and templates, it went beyond and provided an extended package of documents, including SOPs for eTMF management. Client team was happy with such a turn-key approach, as well as its on time delivery.
